About

The St. Johns Village Project organizes a monthly Pancake Day and other initiatives that integrate young parents into the community of families in St. Johns, Portland, OR.

The project brings together young parents and older parents — with all their kids — in a playgroup setting. The moms build friendships and provide moral support for each other. The St. Johns Village Project strives to support all parents to succeed in life and parenting and to build the developmental assets of teen parents and all our kids.

The project is generously hosted by swapnplay the neighborhood community play space.

We work in partnership with Oregon Mentors and Rosemary Anderson High School.
